School hours are 9:20 - 4:00 for kindergarten through 5th grade. All students should arrive at school between 9:10 and 9:20 a.m.
Students who eat breakfast at school can enter the building for breakfast only at 9:05 a.m. Children are not to arrive prior to 9:05 a.m.
Students must be in class and seated for morning announcements which begin at 9:20 a.m. Students are counted tardy if they arrive after 9:20 a.m. and must stop at the front office to get a tardy slip. Parents must accompany students to the office if they arrive after 9:20 a.m.
NOTE: Students who have more than one excused tardy per nine weeks will not be eligible for perfect attendance awards.
School Arrival Rules
Students walking to school must use the sidewalks. Shortcuts through the woods or across the stream are not permitted. Please help us monitor this for the safety of our students.
Parents should also exercise extreme caution when walking their children or dropping their children off at school. Please follow the directions of the staff and crossing guards and watch the signs/cones to keep our children safe.
On Code Orange days, our staff will have office hours from 9:20 - 9:50 a.m. and 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. You will find links to live zoom with teachers on their Canvas pages.
